Celebrities have to constantly make sure that they are safe,
since their job requires them to often be in the public eye. Thus, they have
special security precautions such as bodyguards. These bodyguards also look
after various members of the celebrity’s family. Many celebrities also consider
their pets to be like family, thus they make sure that their pets have VIP pet

Since celebrities generally have an unlimited amount of
money to spend, they often like to buy “designer” dogs. These are breeds of
dogs that are mixes of two popular breeds. For example, a Labrador retriever and

often cost over a thousand dollars, little wonder why they get VIP pet

So, when celebrities purchase their dogs, whether they are
expensive breeds or not, the pampering begins. Perhaps you have seen pictures
of celebrities with their dogs. Celebrities often like to dress their dogs in
special dog fashions and give them expensive toys. If only there was VIP pet
insurance for some of the pet accessories celebrities purchase!
VIP pet insurance usually comes in the most handy when a dog
is a celebrity in its own right. There have not been many pet celebrities in
recent years. However, it is almost certain that famous dogs like Lassie and
Rin Tin Tin had some sort of VIP pet insurance since their movies were so
popular.
What exactly is VIP pet insurance? Well, this kind of
insurance varies according to the particular thing that the owner wants to
protect the animal against. If the pet is owned by a celebrity, perhaps the
owner would like to insure the pet against things such as harm (unfortunately
that does sometimes happen) or if the pet is stolen.
If the pet is stolen and is an expensive or well-known dog,
that is all the more reason to get VIP pet insurance. Or, sometimes the dog
will just escape on its own. A well-known recent event in which a famous dog
was lost was when Paris Hilton’s Chihuahua Tinkerbell was lost. Tinkerbell was
eventually recovered, but it was certainly a scenario in which VIP pet
insurance might have helped.
